- Our stone products are natural materials. Shade, veining and texture variances will occur.
- Nominal Formats: The tile formats on the quote are based on standard industry formats and not exact final factory calibrations. Formats can vary by up to 2% (max of 5mm). Should you wish to know this please enquire prior to ordering.
- Shading and calibration: Should you require a specific shade and/or calibration please clearly advise this detail in your purchase order.
- Literature on cleaning specifications can be provided on request.
Please note however all tiles require an initial once-off purge post installation to remove cementitious residue and to return tiles to their original state
To limit damage to the tiles, Ceragran recommend that the tiles are suitably protected after installation until construction has ceased.
- In the event of tiles having to be cut, please be advised that a tolerance of one (1mm) to one point five millimeters (1.5mm) can be expected. Should cutting be required locally by a third party, Ceragran will not be held liable for any issues relating to the cutting.
- Ceragran is not responsible for the measurment of areas and final stock quantities required must be submitted by the installer/ordering party.
- Ceragran will endeavour to supply a single batch and calibration of each range of tiles. Should this not be possible, we would manage this with the contractors.
- Shoud a re-order be placed, Ceragran can not guarantee supply of the same batch or calibration
- Ceragran cannot take responsibility for incorrect shades being installed, all shades must be checked prior to installation
- A technical installation specification guide is available upon request (Saint Gobain, Mapei and Norcros will be able to supply this to the installer)
- When installing any larger format tiles for example (1200 x 600), expertise is required in the installation thereof including tile leveling systems (e.g. Prolevelling System or many others on the market). For further information feel free to contact us.
- Ceragran tiles will conform with the applicable ISO standards. Ceragran with the support of our factories guarantee the performance of the tile according to the technical characterisitics provided in the data sheets
- Should, during or after installation process, the tiles be placed under adverse loads or stresses that exceed the declared technical capabilities and the tile’s ability to perform, failure may occur and Ceragran will not be held liable for failure under these circumstances
- All product guarantees will be based upon approved procedures sourced from the professional adhesive and grout manufacturers, namely Mapei, Weber or TAL
- Ceragran will not be held liable for tile failure due to any incorrect installation methods undertaken by the installer. Should the tiles conform to the specified technical standards, Ceragran will not be held responsible for any tile issues
