Refund policy

Returns
  • No returns will be accepted for special imports
  • Should the imports be a regular stock item, a 25% handling fee will be charged and stock must be returned to the Ceragran warehouse at the client’s expense
  • It is the client’s responsibility to check the correct stock has been sent when signing the delivery note
  • No returns will be entertained after laying the tiles.
Stock Breakages
  • It is the recipient’s responsibility to inspect the stock arriving for breakages
  • Should broken stock be found then it needs to be noted on the delivery note and broken stock must be returned to Ceragran for credit
  • Broken stock accepted by Ceragran will be replaced, however this will depend on stock availability at the factory/warehouse. Re-supply of the same shade and calibration can not be guaranteed.
