Shipping policy
- Once an order has been placed, a Ceragran team member will contact you with your final invoice and shipping rates. Delivery rates are only valid for two weeks.
- Gauteng deliveries will take approximately forty eight hours for delivery from date of receipt of order and after funds received reflect in our bank account.
- For deliveries outside Gauteng, please allow approximately three to four days - depending on area and date of receipt of payment.
- Stock delivered will be done so by offloading on the ground floor only. No stock will be taken into and packed in storage areas.
